1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user's device, where they are stored and re-transmitted to the same site on subsequent visits. Similar technologies (such as localStorage and sessionStorage) are treated as cookies for the purposes of this notice.

A. Strictly necessary cookies

Essential for the site to function; no consent is required under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. Used to manage session, language preference, and core functionality.

B. Analytics cookies (consent required)

Help us understand, in aggregate form, how the site is used (most-viewed pages, devices, performance). Activated only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner.

  • Vercel Analytics — first-party cookies/identifiers on diademadivenere.it. Retention: up to 24 months. Processor: Vercel Inc. (USA).
  • Vercel Speed Insights — Core Web Vitals measurement. Retention: up to 24 months. Processor: Vercel Inc. (USA).
  • Google Analytics 4 — cookies _ga (2-year duration) and _ga_9Z1Z5KV77H (2-year duration). IP anonymized. Processor: Google Ireland Ltd (EU), with possible transfers to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

C. Marketing / attribution cookies (consent required)

Track the origin of the visit (UTM parameters, referrer, gclid) to measure the effectiveness of our email and search campaigns. They are not used for third-party advertising.

3. Transfers outside the EU

Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are based in the United States. Any data transfers occur on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) supplemented by additional technical measures.

4. How to manage preferences

On your first visit you are shown a banner with three options of equal weight: Accept all, Reject all, Customize. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the site footer.

You can also delete cookies already installed directly from your browser. Instructions are available on the support pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
