Our Story
We are Gloria
and Giovanni
The name comes from a legend: Venus, rising out of the Tyrrhenian, lost the gems from her diadem, and those stones became the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. Elba is the largest of them.
We live here. Gloria restored Scalinate and Fornaci, Marco restored Montecristo, and Giovanni looks after guests from arrival to departure. The three houses are minutes apart, all in Marina di Campo.
There is no office and no reception desk. If you want to know which beach works today, where to eat well, or which ferry to take, you ask us.

Our favourites
Marina di Campo right outside the door. The quieter ones: Galenzana and Ischia, fifteen minutes' walk. Sant'Andrea at sunset is the one we choose.
Diving & Snorkeling
Mediterranean dives
The Elviscot wreck off Pomonte and the Scoglio della Triglia: the two spots we always come back to. Aquanaut in Marina di Campo for tanks and gear.
Trekking & Nature
Monte Capanne, Monte Perone, Capo Poro
Monte Capanne (1,019 m) is the highest point in the archipelago, and there is a cable car if you would rather not walk it. Monte Perone for the view without the climb, Capo Poro for sunset over the sea.

Weekly rate with the final clean and the linen included. No booking fee, no service charge, nothing to settle on arrival.
Free cancellation up to 30 days out
Full refund more than 30 days before arrival, 50% between 14 and 30 days, none inside 14. The same terms at all three homes.
Someone is there when you arrive
We hand over the keys in person between 16:00 and 20:00, show you round the house, and leave you a number that answers all week.
All three homes are registered
Each has its CIN and CIR, as Italian law requires. The codes are in the footer and on every property page.
We reply within a day
In Italian, English, German or French, by WhatsApp or email. If we do not know the answer we say so rather than guess.
Dogs stay free
All three homes welcome them at no extra charge — small and medium dogs at Scalinate, where the historic-centre stairs are narrow.
